Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping on prepaid orders. 
2. Rs.100 shipping on COD orders.
3. In case of Return/Exchange, customer to ship in 5 days to our address at their cost.

Returns/Exchange Policy 

1. Customers are required to record an opening/unboxing video at the time of delivery.
   This video is necessary to process any claims related to defective or incorrect products.
2. We will take returns and give coupon code of same amount with 1 year validity. 
3. Exchange is allowed for the same or higher amount.
4. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
5. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
6. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy

 

We will refund in store credits using coupon code which is valid for 1 year.
