Refund Policy
* Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective/damaged or not delivered.
* Request Period: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
* Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection/approval.
* Mode of Refund: Original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).

Return Policy
* Eligibility: Product can be returned only if unused, undamaged, and with original packaging.
* Request Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. • Return Shipping: In case of wrong/damaged product, we will bear the shipping charges. Otherwise, customer bears the return shipping.

Replacement Policy
* Eligibility: Free replacement will be provided if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Request Period: Replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
* Processing Time: Replacement product will be Delivered within 5–7 business days after return pickup.
